Senior Yield Engineer

Job Description
To support the cloud-based tool for automated data loading and data mining of front-end and back-end test data to improve yield and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Key technical resources driving yield analysis and improvement

activities using automated yield tools

• To monitor, analyze, and resolve all data-loading errors and yield

data discrepancies

• Support and maintain yield tools such as PDF/Spotfire/GYM
• Support new tool features, UAT cycles, bug tracking, and enhancements
• Custom scripting
• Coordinate with global Product Engineering, Test, Operations and

Quality teams to provide key analysis and data-driven

recommendations that improve product cost and performance

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
