Senior Workday Solutions Lead

Job Summary:

Senior Workday Solutions Lead is the operational and technical owner of Workday for Volaris Group. This role is responsible for driving the evolution, scalability, and performance of our global people systems while ensuring the platform supports a rapidly growing and acquisition-driven organization.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Workday practitioner who can independently lead system enhancements, manage complex integrations, and translate business needs into scalable HR technology solutions. The position will play a key role in advancing people analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across our global HR ecosystem.
You will work closely with the Volaris central HR technology team, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize Workday and related platforms as the backbone of our people infrastructure.
