Role: Senior Workday (Expenses & Payroll) Experience Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience working with Workday , with strong expertise in Expenses, Payroll, Integrations, and Business Processes. Primary Skills Workday Payroll Configuration Workday Integrations (PICOF/PECI) with ADP. Expense Mgmt. (from travel and expense reimbursement standpoint) Key Responsibilities Workday Expenses – Implementation & Support Lead Workday Expenses implementations and management across the organization. Manage module implementations for new legal entities . Design and configure entity-specific expense policies , limits, and approval thresholds. Build, configure, and maintain expense business processes and approval workflows in alignment with local and global policies. Manage and update expense rate tables , conditional logic, and validation rules. Integrate corporate credit card transactions into Workday, including technical setup, reconciliation, and monitoring.
