About the Role

Job Description
For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Workday Consultant (M/K).


Job Tasks:Providing guidance on the Workday platform and play a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Workday-based solutions; this involves preparing and leading workshops, configuring and testing solutions, and managing various routine tasks within this context 
Assist clients in optimizing their processes in Workday and provide proposals for improvements 
Conducting training sessions and offer support in processes and functions 
Together with the team, identyfying and solving technical problems

Requirements:Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field 
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Consultant, with expertise in modules such as HRIS, LMS, or Performance Appraisal
