Role Overview

Senior Engineer role within the Wintel Operations team, providing technical expertise and guidance. The primary focus of this role is to manage and coordinate the activities of the Wintel teams AMER shift. Whilesupporting the Head of Wintel Operations with the support and management of the global Wintel infrastructure from a BAU and project perspective.

Role Responsibilities

·Senior Engineer within the Wintel Operations team with the primary function of leading the day-to-day Wintel server (and associated infrastructure services) support and continual maintenance. The role consists of a combination of incident, requests and proactive platform management activities.

·Mentor and guide the Wintel team members working on shift

·Ensuring team adhere to existing ITSM processes including incident, request, change, configuration, capacity and release management.
