About the Role
Job Description
Take and serves Food & Beverage orders according to prescribed standard of service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- To prepare , refills salt & pepper shaker and other condiments and set up tables etc.
- To Make sure that the par stock is maintained and ensure all items is cleaned and organized.
- To check at the kitchen the out of stock items and must be familiar with the items served, enable to explain dinning guest.
- To ensure guest has satisfaction and meets expectations
- To monitor inventory of wines & beverage consumption as well as of losses. Make reports & submit to F & B office
NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- To be assigned for private events
- To look after their proper storage and make requisition when necessary
- To ensure that the par stock of supplies is maintained
