This role is ideal for someone who understands how to edit for attention, retention, and conversion , and can consistently deliver high-performing creatives across paid media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping ad creatives, testing new formats, and scaling winning concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Ad-Focused Editing & Creative Strategy

• Edit short-form ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
• Cut long-form footage into high-converting ad variations
• Develop strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
• Create multiple ad iterations for A/B testing (hooks, CTAs, pacing, visuals)
• Translate creative briefs and performance insights into compelling ad edits
