About the Role

The opportunity
The role is for a passionate Senior UX/UI Designer who can take up opportunities in UX/UI Design, ideally with focus on web application design and Design System. You will work on projects and proposals for Innovation & Experience Design, support the team in facilitating vision-stating workshops, assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design for successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products & Interactions.
Your key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery

Translate user insights, business goals and technical constraints into clear, effective design solutions

Create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs

Develop and maintain design systems

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders...
