About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered design initiatives through the full product lifecycle: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live. This role is focused on transforming complex business problems into intuitive, mobile-first, and responsive digital solutions. You will be a key member of a balanced Agile (Scrum) team, acting as a bridge between user research findings and technical implementation. The ideal candidate is a master of UX software, a skilled researcher, and a strong mediator who can navigate high-visibility projects within a hybrid work environment.
Rate: $520.12-$556.28/diem
