The Senior UKG Ready Solution Consultant will lead clients through the successful implementation of UKG HCM solutions.
Job Description:
Act as the Senior Solution Consultant, Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Mentor in PayTech’s UKG Systems Implementations Practice for all new UKG Ready client implementations in the Time, HR, Payroll, Benefits and Talent and Compensation modules. Elicit requirements, build and test all module components of UKG Ready including:
- UKG Ready Time
- UKG Ready Accruals
- UKG Ready People Insights
- UKG Ready ACA Manager
- UKG Ready HR
- UKG Ready Compensation Manager
- UKG Ready Performance Management
- UKG Scheduler
- UKG Leave Manager
- UKG Ready Payroll
