Position Summary

The Senior Training Coordinator plays a key role in designing and delivering training to Fedcap Canada, Service Providers’ staff members, and partners. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager in Fedcap Canada’s Learning and Development team, this role leads the development of a training curriculum in compliance with requirements, focusing on best practices in economic and workforce development. Success will be measured through established KPIs.
