About the Role
Sales Management:
Collaborate with the CEO to strategize and plan sales and marketing activities, targeting key markets in the Middle East, North Africa, and East Africa.
Drive and manage sales efforts to meet company targets and objectives.
Recruit and appoint agents as needed in target markets, motivating them to achieve sales goals in alignment with company procedures and development plans.
Procurement Management:
Work with the CEO to define the authorized suppliers and producers the company engages with in various export countries.
Oversee procurement activities related to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with market demands and client needs.
