Senior Test Engineer - Warrington (Hybrid) - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Role

You'll sit within a cross‑functional delivery team, working closely with Engineers, Product, and Design to ensure quality is built into everything from day one. This is not a test at the end role, you'll shape how quality is approached across the full lifecycle, influencing design, delivery, and production outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is a role where you'll drive a quality‑first mindset, embedding best practices, improving how the team works, and ensuring releases are both fast and reliable. You'll help move quality earlier into the process (shift‑left), while also using real production insights to improve decisions (observability‑led quality).

There's strong scope to influence how QA operates within the team, from testing strategy through to continuous improvement.
