Senior Test Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Test Engineer
to support and sustain
Final Test (FT)
operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable test performance, resolving production test issues, supporting equipment and hardware, and ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Sustain and maintain FT ATE test programs for mass production
• Provide daily production test support to ensure stable test operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues including yield drops, tester alarms, and test escapes
• Perform test correlation, limit validation, and guard band verification
• Support test hardware maintenance (load boards, sockets, cables, probe interfaces)
• Coordinate with Equipment, Process, and Manufacturing teams to resolve tester and handler issues
