About the Role
- Establish the test capability and thecapacity/productivity model.
- Able to fully define and characterizethe designated process
- Define the PCP and improving criticaltest capability (as defined in the process control plan, productdrawings/ specification and BOM)
- Fully understand the necessarycontrols, equipment, precautions, setup parameters to meet theproduct and test specifications.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles toeliminate waste in the production process and implement yieldimprovement projects.
- Responsible for the test yields of thedesignated process. Responsible to establish and implement allappropriate actions to improve the yields.
- Responsible to conduct gagerepeatability & reliability studies, correlation studies as wellas actions to improve both these capabilities. Generate reactionplans for OOC situations
