Your Role
As a Senior Technology Recruiter , you will own the full-cycle recruitment and partner closely with engineering and people leaders to design and execute strategies that attract top technical talent.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across all technology roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Devise and execute proactive lead-generation initiatives (e.g., events, referrals, social media, university outreach) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Create, publish, and monitor job postings through ATS and external boards, optimizing de ions based on performance metrics.
- Design and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics) to provide insights to hiring managers and senior leadership.
