About the Role
The Senior Technician – Facilities Maintenance oversees daily plant facility operations, asset upkeep and also to monitor, analyze and report on performance and resource efficiency while leading continuous improvement for facilities.
Your Role- Perform daily operation and sustenance of plant facilities
- Monitor and follow up operation and maintenance program
- Troubleshoot and restore the plant facilities
- Carry out the work on building and leasehold maintenance and plant facilities
- Monitor, collect data, analyse, and report on plant facilities’ system performance, resource efficiency, abnormalities, and breakdowns
- Coordinate and support the needs of the office, production and hook up of production tools
- Attend emergency recall during non-office hours
- Carry out continuous improvement projects for facilities
- Supervise contractors and enforce safety and housekeeping protocols
