Senior Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibility:
Conduct deep monitoring of global IoT platform performance (including eSIM/vSIM connectivity quality).
Resolve Level 2 technical incidents, leading complex issue replication and diagnostics.
Develop operation automation scripts (Python/Shell) to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist supervisors in creating SOPs and guide support team technicians in technical operations.
Support supervisors in delivering technical training to team members to elevate technical proficiency.
Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions to contribute to knowledge base development.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an operations and maintenance/network engineer, with a major in computer/communications or a related field.
Proficient in Linux/Windows system maintenance; those with CCNP/RHCE certifications are preferred.
Have the ability to develop operation and maintenance scripts (Python/Ansible preferred).
