What Is the Opportunity?

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will work within the Mainframe Operating Systems team to install and support z/OS products. This team is responsible for providing support for the evaluation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a suite of System Z operating system components and associated vendor products that run on all RBC Mainframe processors.

What Will You Do?

• Install and support various z/OS mainframe products, primarily focused on Netview/System Automation.
• Liaise with the various support teams in Production Mainframe Services, Mainframe Operating Systems group, application development groups, and any other clients of supported products.
• Direct research, identify and make recommendations on exploitation of new feature/function of supported vendor software.
• Ensure products are kept at supported and current levels.
