About the Role

Is this role right for you?
 In this role you will:
Provide operational System Support: L1 and L2 support of real-time trading systems, including resolving issues throughout the trading day, setting customizations, and providing trading system subject matter expertise directly with traders. 

Technical and Data Analysis: Perform in-depth investigations into trading system behaviors on an aggregate basis for performance monitoring, and per-order basis for algorithmic behavior research, identifying and explaining anomalous behaviors and making recommendations for improving performance and reducing operational risk.

Product and System Analysis: Map business priorities onto possible system design solutions and potential product road mapping. Work closely with traders and business leaders to recommend product modifications or new uses of existing functionalities to improve and extend capabilities.
