Our client, a 2006-founded Softwarehouse from Warsaw is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their team. The team works for their biggest client – a US platform for reviewing business cooperations.
As a Senior TPO, your main tasks will be:
Servant – leading one or more scrum teams Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality Helping the scrum team focus on creating high-value increments Removing impediments hindering the teams’ success. Ensuring that scrum ceremonies are productive and that retrospectives produce actionable results Having your eye on the teams’ health, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective action where needed Bringing ideas for making scrum work well between teams and departments Must-haves:
