About the Role

 Talent International have partnered with one of the leading providers of professional IT management services in Australia and is currently on the lookout for their next Senior Technical Manager/Pre-Sales Engineer. The organization prides itself on offering customers piece of mind when it comes to their IT systems and infrastructure.
  Responsibilities include:  
 Provide exceptional L3 support to multiple customers across ANZ,
 Work on internal and external projects,
 Pre-Sales for new projects and customers,
 Provide exceptional customer service to customers,
 Assisting with regular client reporting,
 Mentor Junior team members.
  Required experience:  
 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology,
 Strong experience working with Networking and Firewall tools such as Meraki/Fortigate,
