Senior Technical Lead, SMO

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead data analytics initiatives leveraging the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) within the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in ELK with strong leadership skills and telecom industry knowledge to deliver scalable, high-performance analytics solutions.

Core Technical Expertise -

ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (installation, configuration, cluster management).Beats (Filebeat, Metricbeat) for data collection.Query DSL, KQL, scripted fields in Elasticsearch.Logstash plugins (Grok, JSON, Mutate) for parsing telecom data.

Programming & Tools 

Python, Shell scripting for automation and data processing.Familiarity with Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Linux/Unix proficiency.

Telecom Analytics

Understanding of telecom protocols (LTE, 5G,NSA).Experience with network KPIs and Service KPIs
