Job Description

This is a hybrid BA/SM role embedded within a cross-functional delivery team responsible for backend payments, statements workflows, and the systems that support them. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders, operations, and engineering helping to translate complex financial and data workflows into clear, build-ready requirements.

You will:

• Lead analysis and definition of backend payments and statements workflows. Documenting end-to-end data flows, reconciliation rules, and reporting requirements across upstream and downstream systems.
