About the Role

Individual Accountabilities
Collaborate with customers, product managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional business requirements that meet business outcomes
Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit, validate, and document clear business requirements
Map client requirements into product epics/features
Decompose product epics/features into user stories/tickets with detailed functional and technical requirements, and clear acceptance criteria
Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to define and confirm business requirements 
Provide content for the Product Manager to include in external-facing product documentation describing features, business rules, and use cases
Create necessary artefacts, including capability gap analysis and process flow diagrams
