What Youll Do
Own full-cycle hiring for engineering and tech roles across Egypt (Alexandria), Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other locations.
Build strong talent pipelines, especially in Egypts fast-growing tech scene.
Partner with Hiring Managers to define roles, advise on market realities, and improve our hiring process.
Represent Sana Commerce with energy youll excite candidates about our culture, mission, and international journey.
Drive continuous improvement: new sourcing tactics, smarter processes, better candidate experience.
