About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead / Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for AI and Machine Learning solutions within the IMS (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services) domain.
This is a critical, enterprise-level role focused on designing and scaling reusable AI products that deliver measurable business value across complex, multi-tenant environments and multiple operating companies.
- Lead the technical architecture and technology strategy for AI/ML solutions, balancing cost, risk, time-to-value and long-term scalability.
