Senior Tax Manager

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead engagement management and deliver high‑quality tax planning services, focusing on client relationships, team support, and complex tax matters. The role reports directly to the Tax Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review personal and corporate tax returns, including review and compilation engagements
• Approve complex Canadian individual and corporate tax returns
• Deliver tax planning services and advice to clients
• Lead various special tax engagements and manage client relationships
• Prepare and present technical sessions to staff

Requirements

• CPA designation or equivalent
• 7‑10+ years in public accounting with tax experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and tax software
• Robust project management and communication skills
• Experience with owner‑managed businesses is an asset
