Senior Tax Accountant

We are looking for an Australian Tax Accountant – Tax & Business Services who will play a key role in supporting the team with the preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and Business Activity Statements (BAS) for a diverse range of individuals and entities across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Australian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (AGAP).
• Assist with the preparation and lodgement of individual and entity income tax returns, ensuring compliance with Australian Taxation Law (ATO) regulations.
• Calculate and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) for clients, adhering to ATO deadlines and requirements.
• Liaising with the ATO either via the telephone or ATO Online Services.
