About the Role
Oversee a team of recruitment professionals in a call center environment and manage daily tasks such as screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while also developing a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate the Talent Acquisition teams collaboration with Marketing, Training, Operations, and other internal teams to plan Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Proficiency in various recruitment strategies and techniques. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve processes.
