DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire highly skilled professionals across the client university.


• In conjunction with the Director of HR, recommend improvements to the formulation and implementation of the recruitment strategy in line with client’s vision and mission. 


• Develop an annual recruitment plan to outline the most appropriate strategies and approaches for identifying and selecting high-caliber talent for vacancies promptly, incorporating Emiratization objectives. 


• Develop and maintain standardization of clients’ recruitment policies and procedures within established benchmarks for time to hire and cost to hire. 


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate the flow of information and determine the time to hire.
