Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong hands-on experience in banking or financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for complex systems.
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases (UI, API, E2E).
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring process compliance and quality standards.
