Senior Systems Engineer

This role focuses on modernizing enterprise IT infrastructure through automation-first and software-defined infrastructure practices. The position leads the shift from traditional server management to resilient, secure, and self-healing platforms, ensuring high availability for critical financial applications in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Modern Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Operations

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments (2019/2022) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Python to enable consistent and repeatable deployments.
• Manage and secure hybrid identity across on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD, including automated identity lifecycle management.
