Senior Systems Engineer (Microsoft Infrastructure) - WFH and Night Shift

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Virtualization and Windows Systems Engineer to support and manage client infrastructure environments in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. This role is hands‑on and technical, focused on designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows‑based infrastructure, virtualization platforms, backup solutions, and monitoring tools across multiple client environments.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with on‑premises, hybrid, and Azure‑adjacent environments, can troubleshoot complex issues independently, and understand the operational demands of MSP support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Hyper‑V environments, including clustered configurations
