Senior Systems Engineer

The Role:

Reporting to the ICT Manager, the objective of this position is to deliver comprehensive support for IT systems, software and hardware to all staff members, thereby facilitating uninterrupted operations. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the upkeep and improvement of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including network implementation and telecommunication systems.
• Provide efficient assistance to internal users regarding daily support matters, including personal computing assistance and software implementation and support.
• Accountability for the administration of Windows systems and manage data centre operations, as well as Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
