Senior System Validation Engineer (BIOS QA)

Overview

AMD BIOSQA team is part of Global validation team and is responsible for verifying differentiated BIOS releases (including AGESA and Platform) for all AMD CRBs. You’ll work with global BIOS design and validation teams to release qualified BIOS firmware before customer release for sustaining programs.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior BIOS QA Engineer to enable a newly formed team responsible for BIOS verification for sustaining products. Systems are integrated combinations of hardware components (CPUs, graphics, memory, IO adapters, peripherals, and BMCs) and software components (firmware, drivers, OS, virtualization, and system management). This individual will interface with BIOS development, BIOS PM and Validation teams to define validation strategy and drive validation execution for silicon and platforms, and provide detailed technical direction to the validation engineers.
