Senior Support Worker – Supported Living

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to work within our supported living service in Oadby, Leicestershire. The role involves supporting three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Support people to live independently in their own home, promoting choice, control, and inclusion.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s goals and preferences.
• Deliver daily living skills, communication, emotional regulation, and decision‑making support.
• Apply positive behaviour support techniques where appropriate.
• Work closely with families, carers and external professionals to coordinate holistic care.
