About the Role
Overview
Senior Support Engineer (Data & Analytics Operations)
Duration: 6 months (extension/conversion possible)
Location: Toronto, ON or Waterloo, ON (Hybrid – onsite ONCE monthly)
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain data and analytics applications in production environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, job, and data issues
- Perform performance tuning across databases, applications, and cloud platforms
- Support deployments and operational changes using DevOps tooling
- Lead operational improvements and support incident/problem management processes
- Collaborate with project, operations, and vendor teams on enhancements and implementations
- Develop and maintain technical and operational documentation
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4+ years supporting cloud-based data and analytics platforms
