Training Supervisor

This role is responsible for supervising training delivery, overseeing onboarding and workforce development initiatives, and driving continuous improvement of training systems and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, and Health & Safety teams to ensure workforce competency, readiness, and ongoing skills development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee training programs in areas including health and safety, precision mechanical assembly, manufacturing procedures, engineering drawing and blueprint interpretation, and other technical skills.
