Transition & Stabilization
• Lead end-to-end transition of NA RTR Process (scope, SOPs, SLAs, RACI, knowledge transfer, shadow/parallel runs, sign-off).
• Establish a control framework with documented policies, process maps, risk and control matrices, and KPIs.
• Set up day-1 operations, stabilize within agreed timelines, and deliver steady-state performance.

Transactional accounting
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Timely and accurate Fixed Assets accounting
• Recording Intercompany differences, transmittals and reconciliations
• Intercompany accounting & reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Monitoring and follow through of efficiency and effectiveness in MEC tasks/activity closure
• HFM consolidation and reporting

Analytical
• Perform Balance sheet flux analysis
• Perform financial statements preparation and reporting
• Audit Support
