Job Summary As part of the Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) project based in Scarborough, Aecon is seeking a qualified Senior Superintendent to join our team. This full‑time role requires on‑site presence at 20 Nugget Ave, Scarborough, ON.

Responsibilities
Promote, lead, and execute a Safety‑First culture for all employees, subcontractors, and consultants in compliance with the provincial occupational health and safety legislation.
Promote safety in all activities and engage in safe work plan development, hazard assessments, FLRAs, and mentorship with crew.
Oversee all on‑site construction activities on a daily basis and approve daily production records, reporting on work progress.
Provide senior field leadership for station construction activities within a live urban environment, including coordination with utilities and adjacent stakeholders.
