Senior Study Manager - Perú

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15–25+ years of experience in minerals processing and mining projects , with a strong background in process engineering.
• Experience in major mining projects (over one billion dollars)
• Demonstrated experience leading Scoping, PFS, and FS studies within an engineering consulting or owner environment .
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline studies and deliver decision‑focused outcomes.
• Strong understanding of mineral processing circuits; experience with gravity‑dominated or specialty minerals is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of proficiency in report writing, presentations, and study documentation.
