Your key responsibilities
Guide and support junior designers through mentoring, technical coaching, and design reviews Prepare and verify structural calculations in accordance with Eurocodes and Finnish national standards Perform and support 3D modeling as part of the design and coordination process Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models to ensure accuracy and consistency Ensure designs meet applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements Coordinate and review the structural design and deliverables towards local finnish client and contractor demands Take responsibility for the quality of structural designs and deliverables Ability to coordinate and drive issues to the end by proactive communication with other engineers Qualifications
