First People Solutions is currently working with a high successful consulting engineer who have grown from a small UK business to a major international player, operating in key sectors including the built environment, energy, mining, technology, government and infrastructure.

You will join their Civil and Structural Engineering team, taking on a lead designer/checker role across a range of small to large-scale projects. The role involves contributing to proposal development, managing client expectations, and mentoring junior members within the team.
