About the Role

AAA Canada is currently looking for a Senior Structural Assembler in Victoria, B.C. to bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aircraft structures, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with thin aluminum components using a variety of tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the high-quality production of aircraft control surfaces.
Responsibilities
Assemble new flight controls for the DHC-6 aircraft.
Perform riveting, dimpling, cutting, shearing, and sealant application.
Use a range of hand and power tools such as rivet guns, squeezers, dimplers, shears, and sanders.
Read and interpret technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
Conduct inspections to verify product quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
