Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Bognor Regis

20 hours per week. Live locally and able to commute to the store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and providing outstanding service.
• Take part in deliveries, unpack stock and help keep the store clean.
• Prepare orders and keep inventory stocked, rolling up your sleeves in all weathers.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; supervise team members as needed.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
• Sell the benefits of the Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to great deals.
• Maintain high store standards and create a workplace everyone enjoys.
