Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Abingdon

30 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store opens from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What You'll Do

As the friendly face of Toolstation, you will help customers find what they need, assist with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. You will support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. While retail experience is not essential, you will need some experience of being a key holder or supervising team members.

• Handle deliveries and unpack stock.
• Keep the store clean and prepare orders.
• Maintain excellent customer service during busy periods.
• Ask the right questions to assist customers with their projects.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
