About the Role
At Workiva, we’re building innovative solutions to help businesses navigate complex Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges. Our Backend Enablement team develops the core technology that powers this space, and we’re looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and deliver high-impact solutions on aggressive timelines.
You’ll build systems from the ground up, drive architectural decisions, and deliver high-impact solutions on aggressive timelines. This role requires deep cloud experience, strong technical leadership, and the ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering.
