• Carries out conceptual and actual design for machine equipment and system.
• Leads and provides training to Junior Design Engineers.
• Strives to meet set production and quality goals on operation assigned.

Requirements

• Produce a quality design to meet internal & external expectations.
• Explore improvement opportunities and makes proposals for corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare all parts drawings, info for user manual and maintain a proper technical recording.
• Provide guidance to new or junior Design Engineer & help them by providing solution or others technical information.
• Always provide solutions for projects & arrangement for improvement.
• Take in charge of the department and to make a right decision.
• Attend to production & customers design related issues & provide commitment on the improvement action.
