**Senior Staff Engineer - Data Architecture**
This role is responsible for setting the vision for, designing, and leading the end-to-end delivery of the Stryker Endoscopy, Instruments, and Joint Replacement Division Operations data management framework and data architecture. In addition to defining and maintaining data frameworks, models, and policies to ensure data is accessible, secure, and reliable, this role will:
+ **Partner with local business analytics teams and data engineers** to gather and build requirements aligned with business needs.
